Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Due to the custom nature of our work, each project is unique and created specifically for you. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your project booking. This deposit covers:

  • Design and concept development time
  • Materials procurement
  • Scheduling and preparation

Cancellation by Client

Before Design Work Begins

If you cancel before any design work has commenced, we will refund your deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.

After Design Work Has Started

Once design concepts have been created, 25% of the deposit is non-refundable to cover design time. The remaining 25% may be refunded.

After Painting Has Begun

Once physical work has commenced, the full deposit is non-refundable. Additional charges may apply for any work already completed.

Project Modifications

We understand that visions evolve. Minor modifications during the design phase are generally accommodated at no extra charge. Significant changes after design approval or during execution may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Postponement

If you need to postpone your project:

  • More than 14 days notice: Your deposit can be held for a future date (within 6 months)
  • Less than 14 days notice: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the deposit may apply
  • Same-day cancellation: The full deposit may be forfeited

Cancellation by Artist

In the rare event that we must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you're not happy with the direction of your project during the design phase, we'll work with you to revise until you're satisfied. Once you approve a design and work begins, we'll execute it to the highest standard.

Disputes

If you have concerns about your project or any charges, please contact us immediately. We're committed to finding fair solutions and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work together to reschedule or find an equitable solution.
