Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Phuket Custom Art & Murals provides custom mural painting, object painting, and related artistic services. Our services include:

  • Custom wall murals for residential and commercial properties
  • Painted objects (furniture, surfboards, motorcycles, etc.)
  • Brand transformations and commercial art installations
  • Design consultation and concept development

Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and site conditions
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified

Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a project booking
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion
  • For larger projects, milestone payments may be arranged
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified in your quote

Project Process

  1. Consultation: We discuss your vision and requirements
  2. Quote: We provide a detailed proposal and pricing
  3. Design: We create custom design concepts for your approval
  4. Deposit: Project is confirmed upon receipt of deposit
  5. Execution: We complete the artwork
  6. Final Payment: Balance due upon completion and approval

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the project space
  • Ensuring the work area is accessible and prepared
  • Obtaining any necessary permits or approvals
  • Protecting surrounding areas from paint if required
  • Timely communication and feedback during the design process

Intellectual Property

Original designs created by Phuket Custom Art & Murals remain the intellectual property of the artist. Clients receive the right to display the completed artwork at the commissioned location. We reserve the right to photograph and display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

We use high-quality materials and techniques. For indoor murals, we provide guidance on maintenance. Weather and environmental factors may affect outdoor work over time and are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Thailand.
